The journey of HRID Solution Labs began with a simple yet powerful idea: to revolutionize the way businesses manage and nurture their most valuable asset—people.
Established in 2023, HRID is a leading human resources provider for companies large and small. We transform the HR practices and build stronger, more resilient workforces for our business partners.
The Discovery
We met the partners of HRID Solution Labs to understand their business landscape, ICP, industries they cater to and scope out all requirements.
HRID Solution Labs being a relative new entrant (~9 months old), they faced the challenge of establishing credibility and visibility in a competitive market. Without an existing website, they needed a digital platform that not only introduced their services but also conveyed their modern and impactful approach to HR consultancy.
Starting from scratch meant diving deep into the client’s goals, values, and target audience. During our discovery phase, we uncovered key priorities:
Positioning: The site needed to establish the them as a forward-thinking leader in the HR consultancy space.
Engagement: A user-friendly experience was essential to capture interest and drive inquiries from potential clients.
Storytelling: The site had to clearly articulate their mission and the transformative value they bring to businesses.
Through collaborative sessions with the partners and other stakeholders and a competitive analysis of the HR consultancy landscape, we laid the groundwork for a website that would serve as a powerful launchpad for their brand.

With a blank slate to work from, we focused on creating a site architecture that:

Guided visitors through an intuitive and engaging user journey.
Prioritized lead generation with strategically placed calls to action.
Our development team brought the designs to life, crafting the front end with high-quality code optimized for speed, security, and search engine visibility. The entire website was build using a no-code tool (Framer). This ensured that the team was able to maintain their website going forward with content updates to the CMS and pre-defined areas.
