As a Senior Account Director, you’ll be a critical partner to our clients, managing relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of integrated digital marketing efforts. This role blends strategic planning, tactical execution, and project management to deliver measurable results while fostering strong, trusted partnerships with clients.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Account Director, you will:
Lead Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing client requests, addressing needs, and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive new business growth.
Understand Client Businesses: Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s industry, competition, and objectives to craft impactful strategies.
Create Strategic Marketing Plans: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Paid Search, SEO, Email, Display, and Social Media.
Drive Innovation: Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver fresh, strategic, and innovative ideas to advance client goals and ensure marketing campaigns align with cross-channel dynamics.
Manage Deliverables: Own all aspects of the statement of work, including deliverables, renewals, and change orders. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and execution to maintain high-quality standards.
Analyze and Optimize: Interpret performance data from various analytics sources, ensuring client objectives are met while identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Facilitate Communication: Lead client meetings, including weekly status calls and quarterly business reviews, providing updates, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Ensure Profitability: Manage account profitability, track hours, and proactively address potential issues or opportunities for growth.
Lead Teams: Oversee account and specialist teams, providing guidance, fostering collaboration, and serving as quality control for all deliverables.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 6–8 years of digital marketing experience across channels like Search (Organic and Paid), Social, and Email, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strategic Skills: Strong analytical and strategic marketing abilities, including competitive analysis, industry research, and SWOT assessments.
Teamwork and Leadership: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead teams to success.
Energetic Attitude: Passionate, proactive, and energized by opportunities to make an impact.
Organization and Focus: Exceptional ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
